I get on the ski bus directly in front of the ski hotel Avelengo – Merano. In just a few minutes I reach the ski area Meran 2000 without a stop. Glistening ski slopes, radiant winter sun and 40 kilometres of slopes are waiting. While the little ones have fun in the Kinderland, I can carve my own path through fresh powder until I take a break at one of the Alpine huts.
40 well-groomed kilometres of slopes offer varied terrain for beginners and skilled skiers. The slopes are easy to reach with 7 state-of-the-art lifts. There, everyone will find the right ticket and the best ride. 25 kilometres of winter hiking paths meander through the landscape and to refuel, you can visit one of the 15 huts in the region. You can also go ski touring or tobogganing.
At the mountain station of Meran 2000 the youngest guests can experience cool adventures in the snow, as the Kids Camp of the ski school is located there., featuring a magic carpet for the first downhill rides, and enough space to build a snowman and play in the snow. The more experienced ones jump high in the Snowpark.
At the ski hotel in Avelengo, our Viertler, we pamper slope lovers with many convenient extras. The ski bus takes you directly from the hotel to the ski area. The equipment can be deposited in the ventilated and heated ski lockers, before you relax in the saunas and pool of our Viertler wellness area.
