- On the day of arrival your room will be ready from 2.00 pm. Please inform us if you arrive later than 7.00 pm.
- Please clear room on the day of departure by 10.30 am.
- Up to 30 days in advance you can cancel your booking free of charge.
- For cancellations from 30 to 5 days prior to arrival we will charge 3 days of the stay.
- For cancellations less than 5 days prior to arrival, no-shows or early departure we charge the full booking price. The regulations of the Italian hotel industry apply.
- To prevent unnecessary costs, we recommend a travel insurance.
To confirm your booking, you need to pay a deposit. You can transfer the money to our bank account:

The prices are given in Euro per person and include all taxes. The visitor’s tax of € 3.10 per person (from 14 years)/night is charged separately and not included in the price.
You can pay your room bill in cash (up to € 4,999,-) or with cash card. Furthermore we accept the following credit cards: CartaSi, Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard.
You can bring your dog, if you inform us in advance and bring your own basket or blanket. Please use the garage as entrance and exit for your walks with your beloved pet. Your dog is welcome with a blanket at the bar, in the fireplace room, and in the Anna-Stube. Feel free to enjoy the sun on our timber-floored terrace with your dog. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, on the lawn, in the swimming pool area, in the spa and wellness area. Additionally, we would like to inform you that our hotel's own dog toilet is located in front of the hotel staircase, next to the small fountain. There you will find bags and a container for disposal.
We charge € 25 per dog/day without food.
